This is the first time we have home
brewed. We used cane sugar rather than
brewing sugar. It was cider-ish, but
after 2 weeks in the bottle the cider
flavored lessened. The whole batch was
gone by 3 weeks. It was good enough that
our best friend was convinced that home
brewing is the way to go.
