Muntons Traditional Bitter reviewed by David

posted on January 20, 2010 in Beer Recipe Reviews

I used one Muntons traditonal bitter kit
1.8kg + one morgans stockmans draught
kit 1.7kg + one morgans unhopped extra
pale liquid brewing malt 1.5kg + 500g of
Dextrose made upto 36 Litres. Cellar for
4 months. This sounds like a big volume
but it won’t last long. Fermented at
24oC using live yeast from coopers
sparkling ale. Just keeps getting better
with time. – Rating:5/5
