Coopers Canadian Blonde reviewed by Paul

posted on December 1, 2009 in Beer Recipe Reviews

I have made this precisely to the specs
on the can + Brew Enhancer 2 and the kit
yeast supplied.

Have maintained constant temp of 20-22c.
After four days probably jumped in a bit
early with finings however this did not
seem to affect it. Left for three days
after this. SG was approx 1006 after 8
days.

Final result is crystal clear. Have
never seen a beer so clear. Used coopers
drops for secondary.

After 14 days I was itching to try it. A
ripper…Very light and clear and goes
down way to fast. – Rating:4/5
