Coopers Pilsner reviewed by Jack

Per instructions except for Saaz hop
plug tea, steeped 10 min. Saflager S-23
at 13-14C 5 weeks. Compared head to head
with Muntons Connoisseurs Export Pilsner
brewed just prior in the same way. Both
very good but, 3 months on, the Coopers
wins on style and flavour. – Rating:4/5
