Morgans Blue Mountain Lager reviewed by Wisey

posted on October 7, 2009 in Beer Recipe Reviews

I have made this a couple of times using
both saflager
yeast and the supplied yeast. Use
‘Blend 15′ from
Brew Shop, which is same as BE2. Forget
the saflager
as the supplied yeast actually supplied
a nicer crisper
flavour. Excellent value and easy to
make. Good
honest beer with no bells or whistles.
Easy to drink
and a good replacement for a CUB or
Tooheys
lager/draught.
