Muntons Export Pilsner CONNOISSEURS
RANGE, just to be clear since there are
about 4 other Muntons pilsners.
Used 500g LDM, 250 maltodextrins, 250
glucose. Added Saaz hop tea from 1 plug
steeped 10 min. Vol=22L, sg 1039.
Saflager S23 yeast, brewed 4 weeks at
14C. Bottled for 2ndary. Strong malt
taste like all Munton’s, moderated by
15 wks. Now a very pleasant drink – even
my wife likes it. But its more like a
nice light ale. – Rating:4/5
