kit + 1.5kg Light liquid malt + 0.5kg
Coopers BE2(half the bag)+ 12g Hallertau

teabag steeped 10mins and supplied yeast

pitched at 20C. Made to 23L, kept under

18C the whole time closer to 16C for
15days, bulkprimed with 160g dex.
Very very pleased with it. Great aroma,
no
“homebrewy” flavour but you’d need to

watch the temp. 6% and am planning to do

another again soon! – Rating:5/5
