Put the kit down at 26C constant at 24C
for 7 days.
Bit fruity after 2 weeks in the bottle
but came out a
beauty after 4 weeks. Great mouth feel,
excellent
head retention, easy to drink with a
hint of honey
aftertaste. I’ve taken this one to a
couple of BBQs and
the commercial beer drinkers raved about
