Coopers Irish Stout reviewed by Kenny

posted on July 12, 2009 in Beer Recipe Reviews

Primary fermentation 21c for 7days no
secondary, brewed as per directions with
supplied yeast, in the bottle for 2
weeks in winter. If this gets better
with age there aint none gettin any but
me. Might be a fluke but this is
commercial quality. Only complaint is
tahat alcohol at 4% is a little low, who
cares just drink more.
