the desire to make some german style
weiss beer as a pint in the pub is about
�3.70. On advice from my homebrew shop
guy, I bought the whispering wheat and
Wyeast laboratories Weihenstephan yeast
propagator. Really exceptional. On my
next batch. Would highly recomend
spending the outlay on some decent yeast
