Coopers Canadian Blonde reviewed by Gazmoid

posted on July 3, 2009 in Beer Recipe Reviews

Such a safe beer. For those
complaining about the bad ‘homebrew’
taste. Give this one one more go. Throw
away the kit yeast, use a lager yeast.
Keep the temperature down (11-15degC).
Ideally use 1kg of light malt and 500gms
corn syrup. This will give you an
excelent beer with a solid head.
