Try Saflager S-23 yeast with this one.
Add a Saaz hop bag and use 1kg of light
malt. Deffinately use finnings at the
end of fermentation and try and brew at
15degC or less. If your kegging fill to
21 ltr’s, otherwise 23. This produces a
