Most commercial IPA’s aren’t
even close to this. expect a pretty bold
flavour. one of my local microbreweries
makes an IPA just like this and i was
hoping to match it…it’s bang on. if
you like something with a little extra
kick both in bite and alcohol content,
give it a try. thoroughly enjoyed it.
this was the first kit i ever did and i
followed the directions to a
tee…turned out great.
