i must admit firstly i didnt follow the
instructions and make 3 gall but made 5
an added a kilo of demerera to keep the
strength,i also just chucked the hop
packet in during the ferment
period.however it had a moderate level
of bitterness and lovely hop
flavour,full bodied.a nice lasting head
and very moorish.the best kit beer ive
ever tasted no “homebrew”
flavour.better in fact than any mash
beers ive made.
